Terms of sale

Products sold on LarpStore are digital content (files, licenses, access) delivered electronically to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payments are handled by our providers: Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal and NOWPayments (cryptocurrencies). LarpStore never has access to your card details.

Card subscriptions renew automatically at each term (month or year) and can be canceled anytime from “My account”; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Monthly or yearly plans paid with PayPal or crypto give access for the period purchased, with no automatic renewal.

Right of withdrawal: by placing your order, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

If a product doesn't work or doesn't match its description, contact support from your account: we'll find a solution, including a refund where appropriate. A refund ends access to the product.
