Privacy policy

LarpStore only collects the data needed to manage your account, your orders and your support requests: email address, name, messages sent to support and billing details.

If you sign in with Google, we only receive your name, email address and profile picture.

Audience measurement: we count page views using a random identifier stored for 13 months in a cookie. No IP address is tied to these statistics, they are never shared, and nothing is recorded if your browser sends a “Do Not Track” / Global Privacy Control signal.

Security: to protect accounts, we keep a sign-in history (date, IP address, browser) for 6 months, and the server's technical logs for 14 days.

No data is ever sold to third parties. Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal or NOWPayments depending on the method you choose. These providers receive your email address and the order amount; LarpStore never sees or stores your card numbers. We keep your order history (product, amount, date, payment reference) for the legal retention period for accounting records (10 years).
